- Prayer is a crucial part of the priestly ministry of believers.
- It is crucial to understand the ministry of prayer; its power and dimensions. This will help the believer build a more effective prayer life.
Three Important Dimensions to Prayer:
1.) Fellowship and Growth (Luke 9:28-29, Jude 1:30).
Believers must grow beyond having just need-driven prayers to engaging in prayers as a means of fellowship with God.

Tonight’s teaching is a call for believers to return to the place of intimacy through prayer.Pray: Father, restore me back to the place of intimacy and fellowship in prayer.
2.) Prayer is a spiritual strategy to obtain promises and make requests to God (Mark 11:23-24, Jonah 2:1-10, Luke 18:1, John 16:24).
Passionately pursuing an intimate relationship with God is the secret to uncommon Grace and power.

There is a relationship between answered prayers and the will of God.If your prayer is not consistent with the will of God, it is possible that your prayer will not be answered. (1 John 5:14).
- Prayer is a conduit for receiving from God. A prayerless life is a life of lack that eventually translates to a life of anger and frustration.

An effective prayer is one that is prayed in line with the will of God.God does not intend for His will to remain a mystery; There are authorized platforms to knowing the will of God.
3.) To make decrees and spiritual legislation (Job 22:28).
Prayer is a platform that empower believers to make decrees and spiritual legislation. To decree is to make an order that should not be violated.
Two Biblical platforms for knowing and understanding the will of God:
1.) The character of God as revealed in scripture (1 Timothy 2:4).
We use scripture as the primary basis for knowing what the will of God is. You can use scripture and the revelation of Jesus as revealed in the scripture to judge every prophecy.
2.) The will of God as revealed in Jesus Christ.
Christ is the express image of God and the perfect representation of the will of God. You can use Jesus as a case study and He becomes a revelation of the will of God.

Romans 12:2 (KJV)And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.One of the main reasons why we study scripture is to understand and have the mind of Christ; The way God does things.
The Will of God is in Two Dimensions:
1.) The Revealed Will of God.
The revealed or perfect will of God is that which is consistent with His predeterminate counsel.
2.) The Permissive Will of God.
The permissive will of God are actions that were not originally designed by Him but are still within the boundaries of righteousness and the jurisdiction of God’s character.
- Understanding the authorized platforms for knowing the will of God helps to eliminate vagueness and confusion.

- Pray: In the Name of Jesus, I decree and declare that in this season nothing keeps my head down. God exalts my head!

Acts 12:10 (KJV)They passed the first and second guards and came to the iron gate leading to the city. It opened for them by itself, and they went through it. When they had walked the length of one street, suddenly the angel left him.Pray: In the Name of Jesus, every gate standing in my way of influence and visibility, I declare them broken right now.
- Pray: Lord, let the angels of God be released over Nigeria. We declare peace. We declare safety in the Name of Jesus!
- Pray: In the Name of Jesus, I decree and declare by the Power of the Holy Ghost, no enchantment or divination against my life and destiny shall thrive.
- Every door that has refused to open over your life and destiny; I declare, let it be opened now!
- Everywhere the helpers of your destiny are, I stand by the God of prophecy and command them to show up in your life!
- For every spirit of slumber, receive the Grace and impartation for the spirit of prayer and supplication!
- I declare joy unspeakable, full of Glory for you in the Name of Jesus.
- May the mantle of honor that distinguishes you from your contemporary rest upon you!
- In the Name of Jesus, I declare that the kind of Favour that you have never seen before, between now and next Sunday, may you begin to receive them!
- The noblest decision any man can make in his lifetime is the decision to receive the life of Jesus. Tonight, God is calling you into His Kingdom.
- Salvation Prayer: Lord Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God who paid the price for my sin on the cross. I believe You are risen and have defeated death. I repent from everything that is dishonoring to Your Name, I receive You as my Saviour and I come into eternal life. Amen.
