  • Every time God sends His Word, it comes with Power, deliverance, and hope
  • There is a growing trend of frustration, depression, and exhaustion in the body of Christ and it is sponsored by a spirit.Tonight’s teaching is directed at;
    1. Individuals who are under attack.
    2. Individuals in phases where nothing great seems to be happening.
  • Pray: Lord, grant me understanding tonight.
  • Two major factors that discourage believers are;
    1. Unanswered prayers.

  • Every time Satan attacks believers, his goals are;
    1. To destroy their confidence in God and integrity in His Word.
    2. To introduce the spirit of fear.
  • The spirit of fear is a destructive spirit that instigates other spirits.
  • When a fervent believer becomes discouraged, it has more negative impact compared to others. Believers become vulnerable when faced with a consistent lack of results.
  • Pray and Declare: I reject fear in the Name of Jesus.
  • A believer who will never allow his confidence in God to be shaken nor allow the spirit of fear overwhelm him is one who will weary the devil.
  • As a believer, if your pain makes you curse God, it is an indication that you are weak and your foundation is faulty.

3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.

  • There is a phase in a believer’s life called the furnace of affliction; it is an experience that refines and prunes.
  • The goal is not to destroy you but to refine you into God’s choicest vessel.

“Show us the ancient paths
Lead us along eternal highways
We want to walk in the ways of Jesus
We want to enter Your rest
Show us the ancient paths
Lead us along eternal highways
We want to follow the footsteps of Jesus
We want to enter Your rest…”  – Song

  • Sometimes, when God pushes you, it is proof of His confidence in you.
